Himachal Tour - 6 Nights 7 Days

After arriving at the Delhi airport/ railway station, our tour representative meets you and helps you with an assisted transfer to Shimla, by road. After reaching Shimla, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening as per your own liking. Fondly referred to as the "Queen of Hills' Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, which boasts of mesmerizing scenery and a laid-back atmosphere. During your leisure time, explore the nearby places on your own such as visiting the Mall, the Ridge and so on. Stay overnight.

Today morning after a filling, delicious breakfast visits Kufri. Kufri derives its name from 'Kufri' which means lake. It is prevalent among trekkers. The salubrious climate and stunning natural beauty make Kufri a perfect summer getaway. Kufri is the venue for annual winter sports festival held in February. Kufri is also renowned for other adventures activities such as skiing tobogganing (sliding downhill on a sledge) etc. Kufri has the oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh. Kufri is also a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers as the Himalayan Nature Park is situated on the town's outskirts. The Park is home to over 180 varieties of fauna. Thereafter visit the famous Mall Road of Shimla. Visit the Scandal Point Jhakoo Temple (private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It's advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.) After ample shopping at mall road, we returned to your hotel for a mouth-watering dinner-overnight in the resort.

Have your breakfast and begin driving Manali, one of the most popular hill stations of India. Upon arriving, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. The evening is at leisure. Flocked by honeymooners and family vacationers all around the year, Manali is dotted with a number of attractions. Stay overnight.

The morning we proceed for Solang Valley, where we can enjoy adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding. Later you can also visit Tibetan Monastery- not only a place of worship but also a Tibetan culture centre, the natural springs and sandstone temples at Vashist Village, Hadimba Devi Temple-dedicated to Hidimba, wife of Bhim-one of the 5 Pandava brother of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and the Manu Temple- an old temple dedicated to sage Manu. Club House In the evening we return to the hotel or free time at mall road. Overnight at Manali.

After early breakfast enjoy a breathtaking drive to Snow Point on the road to Rohtang Pass (Closed On Tuesdays). Known for its scenic beauty Rohtang Pass holds strategic importance for India. Manali-Leh Highway a part of NH 21 transverses Rohtang Pass. The name Rohtang means 'ground of corpses' due to the number of people who lost their lives trying to cross it. Besides Lahaul and Spiti Rohtang Pass also serves as the gateway to Pangi and the valley of Leh. The Pass offers beautiful sights of glaciers peaks Lahaul Valley and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang. Return to hotel by the evening. Enjoy Dinner and overnight in hotel.

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel and then proceed for Chandigarh. Chandigarh - is the first planned modern city of India designed by the French architect Le Corbusier. Chandigarh is a city in India that serves as the capital of two states Punjab and Haryana. However, the city does not belong to either state. Rather, the city is administered by the federal government and hence classified as a union territory.

After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for local sight seeing Rock Garden/ Rose Garden/ Pinjore Garden and Sukhna Lake. After lunch (at own cost) we proceed for Delhi by Road. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.

NEW POLICIES DUE TO COVID-19

1)     If for any reason, you cancel the booking, then you have to pay 2.5% cancellation charges of the booking amount. (For Andaman, it will be 5% of the Billing Amount)

2)     Due to Covid, most hotels are offering minimal food and services. Any cancellation due to these reasons will be liable for refund as per hotel policy only. We are not responsible for the same.

3)    Suppose the payment has been made to the hotels against any booking & later booking gets cancelled for any reason. In that case, we can only refund the Amount once we get a Refund from the Hotel. If Hotel offers us the Credit Note, we are bound to provide you with the same.

GENERAL

1)   It is just a quote; no reservations are held yet, or booking has not proceeded.

2)   The rooms & rates are subject to availability at booking/confirmation.

4)   Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

COST INCLUDE

1)    Accommodation on a twin and Triple sharing basis in above mentioned or similar category hotels.

2)    The hotel's complimentary use of any recreation facility as per the hotel's terms & conditions. (subject to availability)

3)    Land transportation (if you have chosen) from pick up till drop Station to Station or Airport to Airport or as per round itinerary trip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary by individual Vehicle as per family.

4)   Vehicle cost includes all fuel charges, Driver allowance, Border tax and Toll Tax, Parking and entry charges applicable on the day of quotation.

COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

1)   Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the package cost. Airfare is included under AIR PACKAGE TOUR only.

2)   Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, internet, games, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque or Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides, etc.,

3)     Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in the hotel restaurant or room except for buffet / fixed menu meal plan.

4)    The Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & the last possible points. (Subject to road & govt. conditions)

Hotel / Land Cancellation Policy
# Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost (During Season) & Nill (During Off-Season)

# 30 to 15 days before the trip - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost (During Season) & 25% (During Off-Season)

#15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost (During Season) & 50% (During Off-Season)

#0 to 7 days before the trip - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

# In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.), most hotels charge 100% cancellation.

We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate, or control any airline, the shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan, any other facility or provider etc., that is engaged in providing you services during your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:

1)   There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a medical condition, it entirely depends on hotel policy).

2)     hotels check-in and check-out times would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

3)   We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims.

4)        Complimentary room category upgradations will depend on rooms' availability and as per hotels terms & conditions only.

5)    Room Heater / AC available in the hotel with an extra cost bared by the guest directly (Depends on hotel policy and terms)

6)   If the booking is more than one room in the same or all resort in a different destination, possibly that rooms should be on differences in the sense of floor, location, room size, amenities, facilities, etc. (Depends on hotels structure) even in the the same category of rooms booking also.

7)     Guests can't compare the rating of hotels/resorts in hill station areas or tourist spot areas with business city or business class hotels.
